1. Definitions

In these Terms, the following definitions apply:

2.2 Residency & Jurisdiction

abt222 primarily serves players based in Bangladesh. You are solely responsible for ensuring that participation in online gambling is lawful in your jurisdiction before placing any wager. abt222 makes no representation that the Services are legally available in any specific location and accepts no liability for any breach of local law by a Player accessing the Platform.

2.3 Account Information Accuracy

All information provided during registration — including your full name, date of birth, National ID number, and mobile number linked to your bKash or Nagad wallet — must be accurate, current, and complete. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account suspension and forfeiture of all Funds held within that Account.

2.4 One Account Policy

Each individual is permitted to hold only one registered Account on the Platform. Opening multiple Accounts, whether in your own name or using the details of another person, is strictly prohibited. 3. Deposits

3.3 Deposit Processing

Deposits via bKash and Nagad are typically credited to your abt222 Account within 30 seconds of confirmation by the payment provider. Bank transfer deposits may take up to two (2) Bangladesh banking business days. abt222 is not responsible for delays caused by the payment provider's own processing times or network outages.

3.4 Currency

All transactions on the Platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). abt222 does not currently accept deposits in foreign currencies. If a payment is initiated in a currency other than BDT, your payment provider's conversion rate will apply and abt222 accepts no responsibility for exchange-rate losses.

4. Withdrawals

4.1 Withdrawal Eligibility

To be eligible to make a withdrawal, a Player must have (a) completed the identity verification process to the satisfaction of abt222, (b) satisfied all applicable wagering requirements on any Bonus Funds present in the Account, and (c) deposited using the withdrawal method they intend to use, where technically required by the payment provider.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing Times

4.4 Withdrawal Verification

abt222 reserves the right to request additional identity documents before processing any withdrawal. This may include a copy of your National ID, a recent utility bill or bank statement showing your address in Bangladesh, and a screenshot of your mobile banking registration screen. Failure to provide requested documents within five (5) days of the request may result in the withdrawal being cancelled and the Funds returned to your Account balance.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Conditions

All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, deposit match promotions, and other incentives offered by abt222 are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion. In the event of any conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion's specific terms shall prevail only in respect of that promotion.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus Funds are subject to a wagering requirement unless explicitly stated otherwise. The standard wagering requirement on abt222 welcome bonuses is 25x (twenty-five times) the bonus amount. For example, a ৳1,000 bonus would require ৳25,000 in qualifying wagers before any derived winnings become withdrawable. Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements — slot games typically contribute 100%, live casino games 10–20%, and sports betting at standard odds 100%.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

abt222 prohibits the exploitation of bonuses through techniques including but not limited to: low-risk hedging strategies designed to complete wagering requirements without genuine risk exposure; the use of multiple Accounts to claim the same promotion more than once; coordinated play with other Players to exploit bonus mechanics. Where bonus abuse is detected, abt222 will void all Bonus Funds and associated winnings and may permanently restrict the Account.

5.4 Bonus Expiry

Bonus Funds not used within the promotional validity period stated at the time of the offer will expire automatically. Expired Bonus Funds cannot be reinstated. Players are advised to check the validity period of each bonus before accepting it.

6. Game Rules & Fair Play

In-play bets are accepted at abt222's discretion and may be suspended or refused without notice during periods of high volatility or data-feed disruption. 7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are expressly prohibited on the abt222 platform:

1. Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets on your behalf without human interaction for each bet.

3. Using another person's Account, payment method, or identity to place bets or make transactions.

5. Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraudulent chargebacks, or payments using stolen financial instruments.
6. Communicating false or misleading information to the abt222 support team in order to obtain a financial advantage.
7. Harassing, threatening, or abusing abt222 staff members via any communication channel.

Violation of any of the above may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of Funds, and notification to relevant payment processors or law enforcement authorities where required.

8. Privacy & Data Protection

abt222 collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection, storage, and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. Your data is protected using 256-bit SSL encryption and is never sold to third parties. abt222 may share data with payment processors, identity verification providers, and fraud prevention services solely to the extent necessary to operate the Platform and comply with applicable obligations.

9. Account Suspension & Closure

9.1 Player-Initiated Closure

You may request the closure of your Account at any time by contacting the abt222 support team at [email protected]. Upon closure, any remaining real-money Funds will be returned to your designated withdrawal method within five (5) business days, subject to standard identity verification. Bonus Funds are forfeited upon voluntary Account closure.

9.2 abt222-Initiated Suspension

abt222 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at its discretion, without prior notice, in cases including but not limited to: suspected fraud, bonus abuse, prohibited activity, failure to complete identity verification, inactivity exceeding 18 months, or any other circumstance where abt222 determines that continued Account operation presents an unacceptable risk.

9.3 Dormant Accounts

An Account is considered dormant after 12 consecutive months of no login activity. abt222 will notify the registered mobile number and email address on file before applying a monthly dormancy administration fee of ৳50 to the Account balance. If the Account balance reaches zero, the Account will be closed. Players may reactivate a dormant Account at any time by contacting support.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, abt222 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to: loss of profits, loss of data, interruption of gaming sessions due to network failure, or financial loss resulting from a game malfunction. abt222's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with any single event or series of related events shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11. Amendments to These Terms

abt222 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Players will be notified of material changes via a notice displayed prominently on the Platform homepage at least seven (7) days before the amended Terms take effect. Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, Sports Betting Rules, and any applicable Promotion-specific terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and abt222 with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings of any nature.
